Ramón Terrats will wear the Getafe shirt again. The azulón club announced this Wednesday the permanent signing of the midfielder, who arrives on a transfer from Villarreal and is tied to the Madrid club until 30 June 2029.

The player's return comes as a result of the strong performances he delivered during his previous spell at the Coliseum. In that loan he played 16 official matches, scored four goals and provided one assist, becoming one of the team's standout players in the final stretch of the season.

After his loan at Getafe ended, Terrats returned to Villarreal and later played on loan at Espanyol. Now, the 25-year-old midfielder begins a new chapter at the azulón side, this time as a permanent player, following the agreement reached between both clubs.

The Catalan stands out for his intensity in midfield, his physical presence and his ability to join the attack from deep, qualities that fit José Bordalás's style of play. Moreover, his knowledge of the team will facilitate a quick adaptation to the dressing room dynamics.

Although the figures of the deal have not been made official, various reports place the transfer fee between €2.5 and €3 million, with Villarreal retaining a percentage of a future sale.

With Terrats's arrival, Getafe continue to strengthen their squad ahead of a season in which they will compete in LaLiga and seek to reach the group stage of the Conference League.
