Getafe visited the Villamarín with 29 points and took the lead early from the spot: in the 8th minute, Greenwood put Getafe 0-1 ahead from the penalty spot.

Betis levelled by the same route. In the 35th, Isco converted another penalty for the 1-1, and the scoreboard did not move for the rest of the match.
