El-Arabi put Granada ahead from the penalty spot in the 13th minute. Pedro León equalised just before half-time in the 44th, and El-Arabi scored again in the 58th.

Franco brought on Emi Buendía, Ivi and Baba Diawara; Diego Castro came off in the 62nd, and Lacen and Pedro León in the 77th.
