Mario Cotelo scored in the first minute and Albín in the 11th. Güiza pulled one back in the 13th, a Ramis own goal made it 3-1 in the 57th and Mallorca levelled with Arango in the 76th and Ramis himself in the 79th.

Laudrup brought on Pablo Hernández for Mario Cotelo in the 57th, Braulio for Manu del Moral in the 63rd and Gavilán for Granero in the 76th.

Mallorca played with ten from the 35th after Scaloni's second booking. Mario Cotelo and Celestini were booked for Getafe.
