Paul Anton opened in the 53rd minute and Pacheco extended the lead in the 60th. Villar pulled one back in the 75th and Jorge Molina replied in the 76th.

Bordalás brought on Castillón, Van den Bergh and Quezada; Molinero came off in the 47th minute, Álvaro in the 82nd and Portillo in the 88th.

Getafe saw five yellow cards: Molinero in the 38th, Paul Anton in the 69th, Cala in the 70th, Álvaro in the 79th and Pacheco in the 85th.
