Güiza scored the 0-1 in the 31st minute. Diego Castro scored the 0-2 in the 81st. Rubén Suárez converted a penalty for the 1-2 in the 89th.

Luis García brought on Diego Castro, Miguel Torres and Lacen; Casquero came off in the 68th, Gavilán in the 59th and Güiza in the 83rd.

Getafe suffered the sending-off of Lopo in the 89th. Masilela saw yellow in the 60th, Barrada in the 31st and Güiza in the 51st.
