Getafe played the second leg of the second round of the Copa del Rey at the Coliseum, after drawing 1-1 in Huelva.

Miguel put Recreativo ahead in the 37th minute, Mozos equalised in the 74th and Guerrero decided it from the penalty spot in the 88th, his first goal in the Cup.

At half-time Sánchez Duque replaced Paquito with Julián and brought on Guerrero for May in the 61st: the scorer came on from the bench.

Gonzalo and Villa were the Getafe players booked; for Recreativo, Paquito and Bernal.

Mejuto González officiated. Getafe went through to the third round with a 3-2 aggregate.
