Getafe visited Rayo Vallecano with 24 points from tenth place in LaLiga.

Lass made it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Piti extended the lead in the 28th and scored again in the 52nd. Francisco Alcácer, who had come on five minutes earlier, pulled one back in the 65th with what proved the final 3-1.

Luis García brought on Alcácer for Gavilán in the 60th minute, Pablo Sarabia for Diego Castro in the 69th and Borja for Lafita in the 75th.

Míchel was sent off in the 72nd minute. Diego Castro and Miguel Torres were booked for Getafe; Piti was cautioned for Rayo.

Ayza Gámez was the referee. Alcácer scored his first LaLiga goal and Getafe remained tenth with 24 points.
