The match did not open up until the 75th, when Redondo scored the 0-1; Pachón made it two a minute later.

Schuster brought on Pachón for Manu del Moral in the 72nd — he scored four minutes later —, and Cortés and Celestini for Redondo and Paunović in the 79th.

Casquero saw yellow in the 49th and Alberto Aguilar in the 55th for Getafe; for Xerez, Raúl Medina and goalkeeper Chema.
