Piatti put Almería ahead right at the start of the second half, in the 46th minute. Casquero equalised in the 54th and Soldado turned the match around in the 70th, but Soriano drew level in the 90th.

Míchel brought on Albín for Manu del Moral in the 74th minute, Belenguer for Parejo in the 83rd and Pedro Ríos for Pedro León in the 87th.

Rafa and Soldado were booked for Getafe, and Bernardello and Piatti for Almería.
