Totó scored in the 40th, Villa in the 70th, Xabier pulled one back in the 83rd and Loren completed the 3-1 in the 92nd.

Sierra brought on Galiana for Totó in the 75th and Arroyo for Ángel in the 86th.

Ángel was Getafe's only booking; Sestao finished with ten men after Fuentes's second yellow in the 87th.

Pérez Gallego officiated. The second leg was played two weeks later at Las Llanas.
