Quique Sánchez Flores brought on Riki for Craioveanu in the 76th minute, Pulido for Belenguer in the 81st and Diego Rivas for Kome in the 84th.

It was a match of many yellow cards for Getafe: Nano Rivas, Pernía, Kome, Vivar Dorado, Gabi, Albiol, Mario Cotelo and Riki were all booked. For Sevilla, only David Castedo.
