Getafe kicked off their Copa del Rey campaign at the Coliseum, in the first leg of the last 32 and with half the team making their debut in the competition for the club.

There were no goals in ninety minutes.

Víctor Muñoz brought Kepa on for Guerrón in the 53rd, Adrián for Manu del Moral in the 70th and Cortés for Polanski in the 87th.

There were only two bookings: Gavilán in the 84th for Getafe and Héctor Font in the 27th for Osasuna.

Rodríguez Santiago refereed. The tie was left open for the second leg in Pamplona. Jacobo, Adrián and Rafa played their first Copa del Rey match for Getafe, and Guerrón, Polanski and Kaş made their competition debut in their careers.
