Rafa opened the scoring in the 12th, his first goal in LaLiga. Soldado scored in the 28th and the 33rd, Lacen pulled one back before half-time and Soldado completed the hat-trick in the 55th.

Míchel brought on Boateng for Parejo in the 65th, Pedro León for Manu del Moral in the 74th and Albín for Adrián in the 81st.

Goalkeeper Ustari, Mané and Soldado were booked for Getafe, and Moratón and Crespo for Racing.
